This year the Big Breakfast was on Sunday April 8th on the truck park at Prees Heath Shropshire.

They came in their thausands......     ....er! OK hundreds The site is at the junction of two main trunk roads the A41 & A49.

bbcarpark.jpg (85821 bytes)  bbcarpark2.jpg (161998 bytes)By 10a.m  the truck stop and surrounding area was nearly "wall to wall" bikes & bikers. (or should that be hedge to hedge?)

bbfannybanmotoguz.jpg (38303 bytes)    bbfannyb.jpg.jpg (257142 bytes)  Most decades  of motorcycle history and style had at least one representative in attendance.

bbhondabenly.jpg (35363 bytes) Phew! This Bennly brings back a few memories. My first "real" bike was one of these, that I brought as a non runner, got it running and used it to go back and forth to the "Tec". I kept it till it kept seizing when it got hot and swopped it for a basket case BSA A65. Aaaaah! yes. Now that was a..........ow!  (Get back to the plot 'n stop day dreamin'. or you'll get another clip around the ear. D.O)

(O.k I've finished ). Don't know what else to put so  just have a browse through the pics.

BMW were going to call this their "Manx" engine, then realised Norton had got there first Is there a light aircraft somewhere missing an engine?   Er. where's the peddal comenser?

bbsupertrike.jpg (31167 bytes)    bbsupertrike2.jpg (41025 bytes) Turbo & super charged. bbsupertrike4.jpg (31054 bytes)     bbsupertrike3.jpg (41750 bytes)

This ill wind didn't do Triumph any good either  I really wanted a Hurricane when they first came out! bbtrupmettesse.jpg (59835 bytes)

As aerodynamic as a beveled brick! Alright who's nicked 'is fork leg? Prototype "Bond Bug" hadn't quite got the wheel plan or seating sorted yet. but the quick!! release power plant seems like a good idea.
